About PubScholars Group
PubScholars Group is a non-profit organization founded in 2021 with a clear mission — Connecting Minds, Advancing Science. We organize international academic and medical conferences that bring researchers, clinicians, educators, and industry professionals together under one roof to share knowledge, spark collaboration, and push scientific progress forward.
Our conferences span three core disciplines: neurology, nursing, and psychology. Each event is designed to go beyond standard presentations. We create spaces where meaningful conversations happen — where a neurosurgeon from Boston can exchange ideas with a neuropsychiatrist from Bangkok, where a nursing educator from London can collaborate with a clinical researcher from San Diego. That cross-border exchange of expertise is what drives real advancement in healthcare and science.
We started with a simple observation — too many talented researchers attend conferences and leave with nothing but a certificate and a stack of business cards they never use. We wanted to change that. Every event we build is structured around outcomes, not just attendance numbers. The goal is that every delegate walks out with at least one connection, one idea, or one opportunity that did not exist before they arrived.
What We Do
We plan and host in-person and hybrid conferences at carefully selected venues across the globe. Our events feature keynote sessions led by recognized experts, interactive workshops, poster presentations, and structured networking opportunities. Whether you are a seasoned professor or an early-career researcher presenting your first abstract, our conferences offer a platform built for every stage of an academic journey.
Our hybrid format ensures that geography is never a barrier to participation. Delegates who cannot travel internationally can still present their abstracts, attend live sessions, and engage with speakers through our virtual platform. Research should not be limited by a visa rejection or a tight travel budget, and we have built our events to reflect that belief.
Beyond conferences, PubScholars Group supports the research community through open-access journal publication. We publish peer-reviewed articles with DOI and CrossRef indexing, giving authors the global visibility their work deserves. Every submitted manuscript goes through a rigorous editorial review process to ensure authenticity, originality, and scientific credibility. We also actively promote standout research through our media channels, because getting indexed is one thing — getting read by the people who can actually apply your findings is another.
Why Researchers Choose PubScholars
Delegates who attend our events consistently return because of the value they walk away with — actionable insights from frontline researchers, professional connections that lead to future collaborations, and publication opportunities that amplify the reach of their work. We also provide end-to-end delegate support including visa assistance, preferred hotel rates, and curated local experiences at each host city.
For early-career researchers and PhD candidates, our conferences serve as a launchpad. Presenting at an international event, receiving feedback from established professionals, and getting published in an indexed journal — these are milestones that can shape an entire academic trajectory. We keep our registration accessible so that career stage and funding constraints do not determine who gets a seat at the table.
For sponsors and exhibitors, our conferences offer direct access to a highly targeted audience of healthcare professionals, academic decision-makers, and research leaders actively seeking new tools, technologies, and partnerships.
Our Vision
Science moves faster when people connect across borders, disciplines, and institutions. PubScholars Group exists to make those connections happen — consistently, accessibly, and with a standard of quality that the global research community can rely on. From our flagship Neurology World Conference Series to our growing portfolio of nursing and psychology events, every conference we organize is built around one idea: research has more impact when it reaches more people.
We are not chasing scale for the sake of it. We are focused on building a reputation where every event we host is worth the time, money, and effort a delegate invests in attending. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is the reason people come back.
