Abstract Submission Guidelines – Psychiatry Conference 2026

 Submission Process

  • Deadline: Send your abstract as an email attachment, or upload it through the official submission portal on the Psychiatry Conference 2026 website, before the stated deadline.
  • Language & Clarity: Write in plain American English, and prioritize clear, direct communication of your clinical or scientific findings over stylistic flourish.

Required Information

  • Author Details:  Full name, email address, institutional or hospital affiliation, a short biography, and a
    recent photograph of the submitting author.
  • Abstract Title: A concise, descriptive title that reflects the actual content of your research or case work.
  • Presentation Type: State whether you’re presenting orally or as a poster.
  • Scientific Session: Name the track or session that best fits your abstract’s subject matter.

General Submission Guidelines

  • There’s no cap on how many abstracts you can submit, as long as each one meets the criteria on its own.
  • Submissions must be original work that hasn’t been published or is not currently under review anywhere
    else.
  • Submit each abstract once only — duplicate entries will not be reviewed.

Review Process

  •  An internal panel of psychiatric and clinical experts reviews every abstract.
  • Review criteria are quality, relevance, and originality
  • You’ll be notified of acceptance or rejection within 2 days of submitting

Speaker Guidelines

General Instructions

  • Stay for the full session so you’re aware of any last-minute schedule changes.
  • Each speaker gets 20 minutes total, Q&A included — please keep to this strictly
  • All presentations must be delivered in English

Presentation Requirements

  • Prepare your slides in PPT or PDF format, with a clean, engaging design.
  • Submit your slides for review 15 days before the conference.
  • Bring a backup copy on a flash drive as well

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster Specifications

  • Dimensions: 1 meter by 1 meter
  • Preparation: Print your poster before you arrive — there’s no on-site printing available
  • Design: Keep it clear, visually effective, and organized so it’s easy to follow at a glance

Setup Instructions

  • Have your poster set up at least 1 hour before your session starts.
  • Stay near your poster during the session so you’re available for questions and
  • Take your poster down after the session ends — anything left behind won’t be stored. discussion.

Virtual Presentation Guidelines

  • Present from wherever you are, using a device with a stable internet connection.
  • You’ll receive a unique user ID a few days before the webinar.
  • Log in 20–30 minutes early in case anything technical needs sorting out.
  • Your slot is 20 minutes total, including Q&A.
  • Have your final slides ready in advance. If you can’t attend live, you may submit a pre-recorded presentation at least 10 days ahead of time.
  • Test your audio, video, and internet connection beforehand.

Certification

  • Every registered participant receives a certificate with their name and affiliation.
  • In-person attendees get theirs at the end of the session.
  • Virtual attendees receive their certificate by email within 2–3 working days.
  • Note: co-authors who aren’t registered will not receive a certificate

Presentation Awards Criteria

Presentations will be evaluated based on the following:
  • Clarity & Structure: a logical, concise, well-organized flow of content
  • Visual Aids: professional, visually engaging slides
  • Time Management: staying strictly within the 20-minute limit
  • Communication Skills: clear speech, eye contact, and real audience interaction
  • Expertise: demonstrated clinical or research knowledge, grounded in evidence
  • Innovation: a creative, original approach to the presentation itself
  • Schedule Respect: keeping to time so the full program runs smoothly
  • Conciseness: minimal text on slides, with the focus on key messages
  • Engagement: speaking to the audience rather than reading slides verbatim
  • Accessibility: simple, inclusive language suited to a diverse audience
